Yarn Store 7: Maning's in Farmers Plaza Cubao

When I featured VC Trading (my very first yarn store feature), I mentioned that there is another yarn store in Farmers Plaza. This is Maning's. It is also located on the same floor as VC Trading.

Maning's is a crafts store. You can find ribbons, buttons, beads, sewing materials and other notions in this store. They even do electric pleating and have a corner where someone does portraits. Of course, I went here for the yarn.

Upon entering the store, you can already see yarn on the right side. They sell mercerised cotton yarn (appr. 175-m/ball) with the following brands and prices:
Monaco: P40 (Single Color) & P45 (Multi-Color)
Cannon: P40 (Single Color) & P45 (Multi-Color)

They also carry acrylic yarn (appr. 18 grams/skein) at P18/skein (single color) both for the Monaco and Red Heart brands. They also have multi-color Red Heart acrylic yarn at P20/skein. Their newest offering is the Red Heart Baby TLC Acrylic at P350/skein (appr. 328-m/skein).

Maning's is a small store, but what's good about this is that you get focused service from the store attendants. Most likely, you can also get recommendations from them on what you can do with the yarn they sell because they crochet themselves! Maybe you can also ask some tips from them! And guess what, they also sell crocheted items!

They have cute crocheted purses, cellphone holders, glass holders, and even a bikini :p Go buy something from this store and support handmade products!

I hope we continue supporting stores like Maning's. It's been around for decades. It's been there during the highs and lows of crafting. It's definitely worth a visit.
